Fix this problem easily by re-installing the add-in. Follow the simple steps below:

• Use the Add or remove programs section of the Windows control panel to uninstall the add-in.
• Download the latest version from https://www.chem4word.co.uk/download/
• Reboot the computer then run the add-in installer.

The repair option in the installer did not fix the problem when this happened to me.
